Established in Ningbo, Ningbo Attractive Plastics Co., Ltd. is a leading mold making and injection molding manufacturer with 20 years of experience, specializing in product design assistance, injection mold making, injection molding, engineering support and post molding services, providing one-stop service from concept to production. We provide customers with consistent high quality injection molded parts and reliable on-time delivery. Technically, we specialize in complex processes like insert molding, multi-shot molding (overmolding), in-mold decorating, thin wall molding, high temperature molding etc. Leveraging automated equipment and manufacturing technologies, we deliver high-quality injection molded parts at low costs.
On the engineering side, we have a skilled technical team, proficient in the entire process of mold manufacturing, including from design to machining: product design assistance, DFM analysis, mold flow analysis, mold design, CNC machining, sinker EDM, wire EDM, surface finish and more. Our expert engineering capabilities ensure manufacturability of the product, precision of the tooling, and quality of the final components.
We possess the capability to injection molding nearly any thermoplastic polymer. The material expertise covers FDA approved resins but is not limited to: polypropylene, polyethylene, PS, SAN, nylon, ABS, PVC, polycarbonate and other engineering resins. We also specialize in anti-static resins, conductive resins, glass fiber reinforced resins, PPS, PPO, PEI, LCP, PFA and fluoropolymers etc high temperature material.
